Felicia comes to us with both a background in recruiting administration and in customer service. As the Director of Operations, she handles training and administrative functions within the firm. She truly believes that when it comes to training and support each and every employee is just as much our customer as the clients we deal with each day. She has a robust understanding of process efficiencies, best practices and proven successful methodologies. She develops and supports our operational standards and provides ongoing support to our staff.
Felicia received her B.A. in Business Administration in 3 years from Truman State University, where she was also a member of Phi Delta and manager of the Truman State Wrestling team.
When she isn't working, she enjoys reading, Chicago festivals, anything HGTV, and international travel.
